About Belightu and Carla Martins
I am Carla, BelightUs founder and CEO. I am a people professional, a certified coach and a mentor. I have more than 20 years of experience and have helped many people transform their lives.
Like many women, I have my story, with ups and downs! Ive experienced overwhelm, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, impostor syndrome and failure. But my obsession with continuously learning and challenging myself to improve gave me the motivation to push forward, try new strategies and tools, successfully overcome my problems, and regain my power and freedom.

Now, I coach and mentor other women to do the same.

My purpose is to use my gifts of leadership, compassion, resilience, and a positive and growth mindset to empower women to step up and speak out to get the career and life they deserve.

• ACE Coach Accelerator Enhanced Practitioner
• Certified Life & Success Coach
• CIPD Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management
• Masters Degree in Management
• MBA in International Management

The download of BelightU is free of charge.
Should you use the BelightU app, payment will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account after any trial period and when a subscription renews. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the subscription period. There is no increase in price when renewing. One-time payments will only be charged one time initially.
Subscriptions can be managed, and auto-renewal can be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase. Once purchased, refunds will not be provided for any unused portion of the term.
